Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
