Coconut oil (cocos nucifera): Coconut oil is one of the ‘good guy’ oils, because it’s loaded with beneficial fatty acids, helps prevent protein loss, and is more easily absorbed into the hair than a lot of other oils. It’s also known to be super nourishing for your scalp, increase softness, and is highly likely to garner you compliments. Win-win.

Hydrolysed rice protein: A gluten-free protein molecule which is known to promote collagen production within the scalp, and can help reinforce hair strands to add strength and hold moisture. It’s like if your hair did Pilates.
