Sylliflor is a high fibre supplement. Sylliflor, when taken with water, swells and gives fullness in the stomach and intestines. Sylliflor stimulates bowel movements and helps in a smooth and regular passing of stools when taken with liquid. Fibre is also important to your immune system as it is a prebiotic which feeds and nourishes your microbiome.
Sylliflor is ideal for people who use sylliflor on a daily basis, either as a topping, in a drink or for baking. Eat sylliflor as a crispy and fibre-rich topping on your breakfast cereal, yoghurt, mix them in a drink, or eat them directly off a spoon and swallow them with plenty of water.
SylliFlor is gluten-free, vegan and suitable to take while pregnant and breastfeeding.
Directions
Adults and children above 12 yrs of age: 6 g (2 teaspoons), 1-3 times daily.
Psyllium husks reduce the transit time in the gut and may affect the absorption of medicine. Sylliflor® should therefore not be taken at the same time as medications, but at least 1 hour before or 2 hours later.
Sylliflor® should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
**Important** for full benefit of the effect of the psyllium husks, it is important to drink 1-2 glasses (2-4 dl) of liquid, preferably water, when taking sylliflor.
